€450 per month seems like a lot for software.

Compare it to what it replaces — not to other software. Suavi saves you eight to ten hours of admin per week. At €150/hour, that's over €5,000 of your time recovered every month — more than ten times what Suavi costs. Not a cost. The cheapest assistant you'll ever have — one that never calls in sick.

I don't want AI sending emails on my behalf.

It doesn't — not without your approval. The first weeks run in Shadow Mode: every draft waits for your "approve" tap. Only when you decide it's good enough does it get more autonomy. And even then, every email passes 33 automated checks before going out. You stay in control.

I already have a bookkeeper or assistant.

Suavi doesn't replace them — it complements them. Your bookkeeper handles your VAT return. Suavi creates and sends the invoices. Two different things. And unlike a VA, Suavi learns your style once — you don't re-explain every week. The real question: how many hours are you still doing yourself, despite having help?

What if it makes mistakes?

It will make mistakes, especially early on. That's why everything starts in Shadow Mode. For two to three weeks you approve everything. Suavi learns from every correction — a price, a tone, a name — and remembers it. After that, mistakes become rare. And the safety layer makes sure no invoice with a wrong amount or email with wrong details ever ships.

Is my data safe? I work with confidential client information.

Three things. One: your data sits on a secure European server — not in Google's or Amazon's cloud, our own server, physically in the EU. Two: your data is fully isolated from other customers (tenant isolation — an isolated vault nobody else can reach). Three: every client signs a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA). When you stop, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

I don't have time to learn a new system.

That's exactly why Suavi works the way it does. Setup takes fifteen minutes — answer four questions about your business, connect your email, done. After that there's nothing to learn. You get push notifications: "A draft is ready to send. Approve?" You tap yes or no. That's it. No manual. No training. No dashboard with 200 buttons.

Can I try it for free?

We don't offer a free trial, but: no lock-in. Monthly cancellable. After one month you know if it works. If not, you stop, and that's it. We don't run a free tier because suavi. costs us real money per user — AI processing, servers, support. A free tier would mean cutting corners on quality. We won't.

Does it work with the tools I already use?

Tell us what you use. We make Suavi work with it. The major platforms are already plugged in — email (Gmail, Outlook), calendar, invoicing (EenvoudigFactureren), social (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). For anything specific to your workflow, we build the connector as part of your onboarding. You shouldn't have to change tools to get the benefit.
